Polished Concrete Floor Sidcup Kent

This floor was originally booked in for an InfinityFloor Gloss Cream finish but unfortunately the concrete contractors failed to adhere to the supplied specification. As an alternative, the customer opted for a gentle grind and polish to our InfinityFloor Salt:Pepper standard which removes 1mm of surface material expose smaller stones and larger sand particels to create a gentle texture.

We began by grinding the surface with our 70 grit metal tools to remove excess material and smooth our the rough surface. From here we moved through our range of transition and polishing tools, until the required gloss had been achieved.

During polishing we used our PROgrout liquid grout to fill the aeration holes within the surface and PROhard to densify and harden the surface. PROhard also forms part of our stainguard system as an internal stain protection beneath PROguard. PROguard offers superior protection against wear, oil, water and acid spills.
