4mm Ground off this concrete floor

Concrete Floor Preparation Bristol

Here’s a concrete floor in Bristol we have prepared ready for a vinyl floor overlay. The floor was originally laid with the aspirations of being a polished concrete floor, unfortunately for the previous concrete polishing contractor, the installers had done a particularly bad job of laying the slab.

Tamp marks, foot prints, poor levels and dry joints made it near impossible for the previous contractor to get a decent finish with his choice of machinery, tooling and chemicals.

This is where we came and ground away between 4-8mm across the whole 250m2 in just a couple of days and left the floor at a fine grind stage, fully densified ready for over laying with the chosen product.
